Refund policy

My Story Fine Jewelry wants you to feel amazing and shine bright! Therefore, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your purchase for an exchange or merchandise credit.  

To be eligible for an exchange or merchandise credit, the piece must be unworn and sent back in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Please note the following exceptions:

  • Personalized jewelry: All initial jewelry, jewelry containing numbers, monogrammed and engraved items are final sale.
  • Customized orders: Any pieces that are custom designed are final sale.
  • Items marked as *FINAL SALE*

Prior to making a return for exchange or merchandise credit, please email us at mystory@mystoryfinejewelry.com for authorization. 

Orders that are sent back without authorization, and/or past 14 days of receipt will be denied. Additionally, we reserve the right to reject an exchange or merchandise credit if we deem the condition of the piece unacceptable. Please note, any original shipping charges will not be refunded.
