What if I want to design more than one cuff or gift one?
Wonderful! Each cuff is custom-designed, so whether it’s a personal heirloom or a heartfelt gift, we’ll tailor the design to each story.

Yes! During your styling session, Jackie can share previous designs to help inspire your unique creation.

How should I care for my Gemmy Cuff?
Care Instructions:
Your Gemmy Cuff from My Story Fine Jewelry is meant to be worn everyday, as an expression of your unique story. We recommend the following care instructions to extend its life and beauty:
- Take off your cuff before showering, swimming, exercising, cleaning, doing the dishes or applying lotions and perfume. These activities may cause unnecessary damage to your Gemmy.
- Store your Gemmy Cuff separately from other jewelry pieces, when you’re not wearing it, to avoid scratching and tangling.
- To clean your gold jewelry and precious gemstones, use a soft toothbrush with dish soap and rinse with warm water. Dry each piece separately with a soft cloth to restore shine, and then sit back and admire the sparkle!
- For semi-precious stones—such as pearl, turquoise and moonstone—avoid ultrasonic cleaners or any type of jewelry cleaning solvent. Gently wipe the gemstones with a soft cloth and you may catch her winking back at you!
Is my deposit refundable?
Once you approve your layout and we begin production, the 50% deposit is non-refundable, as each cuff is a custom, made-to-order piece.
Do you have payment plan options?
Yes, we are happy to work with you on a payment plan. We can discuss setting up a payment plan during your initial consult.
Do I need to be in Miami or NYC to make a cuff?
Not at all! The process can be entirely remote. All consultations and styling sessions can be done over video calls. In-person meetings are available in Miami or NYC based on Jackie’s travel schedule. And every step of the way, you'll receive photos and updates!
How wide is the cuff? Can I choose the width?
Most cuffs range from 10 to 15 mm in width, but we can customize the size to your preference.
Is the cuff adjustable or resizable later?
Each cuff is custom-engineered to fit your wrist snugly, with a hinged opening for easy wear. Because it is handcrafted to your specific size, it is not resizable after completion, so accurate wrist measurement is essential.
What if I don’t have heirloom gemstones?
No problem! Jackie will curate gemstone selections based on your preferences during your initial consultation, and you’ll choose from a wide array of vibrant, ethically sourced stones during your styling session(s).
Can I use my own heirloom gemstones or gold?
Absolutely! We love working with meaningful pieces. You can incorporate your own gemstones, and any gold settings can be credited toward your cuff or saved for another project.
How long does the process take from consultation to delivery?
From your initial consultation to unboxing your finished cuff, the process typically ranges between 6–10 weeks depending on design complexity and stone sourcing.
