Check out our "Where to buy" page (linked here) to find the retailer that is closest to you. Checked that page out and still not sure? Email us at concierge@mystoryfinejewelry.com and we can see if we can work our magic.  

"Love what I'm seeing online, but can it be tweaked/can I make if more personal?" 

Email us at concierge@mystoryfinejewelry.com so we make can your idea into a reality- we want to tell your story. If you customize a piece, change the stones, add engraving, etc. the price of your item may change.

    "I can't find my finger size for the rings, how can I get one in my size?" 

    For any sizes not shown, please contact us for pricing. (concierge@mystoryfinejewelry.com)   *** If you ordered the wrong size ring, please contact us and we will get you taken care of. 

    "I placed an order, when will I receive it?" 

    All of our pieces are made to order to your specifications; please allow up to three weeks for production and shipping. We will try our best to get your purchase to you ASAP. If you are interested in placing a rush order, please contact us ( concierge@mystoryfinejewelry.com ) with the style name and details (metal color, stone, size, etc.), and add dates and other important information in the "notes" section at checkout. As long as this is done before 2:30pm EST, we will be able to honor overnight shipping on qualifying orders. We will let you know if it is available for rush. If you have already placed your order, please include your order number in the email.

    Returns... 

    We are shoppers ourselves, so we understand that some returns are inevitable. With this in mind, we are offering you a 48 hour period, (after receipt of your new item), for you to contact us in regards to returning or exchanging your item. Any items that are custom made or personalized cannot be accepted as a return or exchange.
