Checkout our "Where to buy" page (linked here) to find the retailer that closest to you. Checked that page out and still not sure? Email us at concierge@mystoryfinejewelry.com and we can see if we can work out magic.  

"Love what I'm seeing online, but can it be tweaked/can I make if more personal?" 

Email (concierge@mystoryfinejewelry.com )us so we make your idea into a reality- we want to tell your story. 

"I placed an order, when will I receive it?" 

Holiday Orders: All orders placed with us by December 7, 2018  will be ready for shipping by December 21st  - Just in time for Christmas.   

Regular Orders: All of our pieces are made to order to your specifications, please allow four weeks for production and shipping. We will notify you and keep you updated on your order. 

Returns...

We are shoppers ourselves, so we understand that some returns are inevitable. With this in mind, we are offering you a 10 day period, (after receipt of your new item), for you to contact us in regards to returning or exchanging your item. Any items that are custom made or  personalized, can not be accepted as a return or exchange.
