Shipping policy

Most of our jewelry is made to order in New York City, to your specifications. Please allow up to 4 to 6 weeks for production and shipping. We will do our absolute best to get your purchase out to you as soon as possible.

Occasionally, immediate delivery may be possible if an item is in stock. If you'd like to receive your order by a specific date, please contact us by email at: mystory@mystoryfinejewelry.com.

Prior to using the "Rush Shipping" option at checkout, please reach out by email so we can let you know if the item is in stock and can ship immediately. 

Shipping rates may vary. Typically, orders exceeding $500, will be shipped for free within the continental U.S. and sent by two-day air. Outside of the continental U.S.? Feel free to contact us by email for shipping rates at: mystory@mystoryfinejewelry.com.

Once your order is ready to ship, we will send you a confirmation code and tracking number so you can anxiously track your new bauble!
