A beautiful vintage inspired piece made from 14 karat yellow gold, this french cut emerald book locket mimics the real thing. The front of the locket features a sparkly elongated french cut emerald set in a thin bezel. The green emerald adds the perfect amount of color to this gold heavy piece. It has a great heft to it and at 1.08 inches tall with its bale, it makes a fantastic everyday piece. With great attention to detail, the center hinges opens to reveal four engravable pages. The inside front and/or inside back page of the locket can be engraved with a diamond zodiac design. You can also contact us for other engraving options. Wear it on its own or as an anchor to your necklace stack. Each locket is custom hand-made to order in 5-10 weeks depending on availability. - Take off jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, cleaning, doing the dishes or applying lotions and perfume. These activities may cause unnecessary damage to your beautiful baubles.
- Store each piece separately when you’re not wearing it, to avoid scratching and tangling.
- To clean your gold jewelry and precious gemstones, use a soft toothbrush with dish soap and rinse with warm water. Dry each piece separately with a soft cloth to restore shine, and then sit back and admire the sparkle!
- For semi-precious stones—such as pearl, turquoise and moonstone—avoid ultrasonic cleaners or any type of jewelry cleaning solvent. Gently wipe the gemstones with a soft cloth and you may catch her winking back at you!
